If you want to lose weight or just stay healthy there are five things you must do:

– Keep a check on what you eat and do every thing in moderation. You may want to reduce or elimate sugars altogether, reduce the red meat and excessive fats and add a supplement that supports your daily nutrient requirement. I use chews4health . – Never go hungry. This stresses your body. When you are hungry this is the time you can eat everything in sight and you eat the wrong foods – the snacks, the fast foods.
