I find this article quite helpful. For me it is not only engaging with people on the job it is also engaging with people wherever we go even at home. Sometimes we tend to cover our weakness failing to realize that with help we can turn this weakness around into a strength. This help can be in the form of the supervisor/manager or it can even be a Life Coach.
