It’s not fair and it is unjust

It’s not fair, so this is your opportunity to get into the 5%.

The ball is in your court.

basket ball

Take 100 men and women at the start of their working careers and follow them for forty years until they reach retirement age, and here’s what you’ll find. According to the Social Security Administration:
• Only one will be wealthy

• Four will be financially secure

• Five will continue working, not because they want to but because they have to;

• Thirty-six will be dead;

• And fifty-four will be dead broke, dependent on their meager Social Security Pensions, relatives, friends, even charity for a minimum standard of living.

That’s five percent successful, ninety five percent unsuccessful.

It’s not fair.

Don’t you hate the fact that it’s all too easy to be one of the unfortunate ninety five percent who never make it? And yet you don’t want that to happen to YOU.

Is there anything worse than wanting to get ahead but because of ‘lack of knowledge’ you somehow can’t quite get started?

Don’t you hate it that through no fault of your own, your personal circumstances may be holding you back from earning the money that you really deserve?

It’s not fair and it’s unjust.

There has to be a better way. And there is.

This is your opportunity to be in the 5%

One thing is for certain, my goal is to make YOU wealthy . . . if you are ready for it.

With this post and it’s remarkable opportunity, I’ll prove that to you and show you how to . . . either get started (finally) or how to dramatically improve your success and wealth by helping people save and earn on essential services.

You may be busy right now.  You may have been ‘burnt’ by somebody’s else’s offer of teaching you how to ‘get rich’ . . . . After all, the fact that you’re reading this material in the first place would suggest that you’ve tried several opportunities before, probably from a number of sources. I must stress to you . . . this is not a ‘Get-Rich-Quick Scheme’. I’m offering you the chance to be one of the select few people that can make a difference in your life and other people’s lives.

Two thirds of my life is undoubtedly just like yours, I live in the real world, not in fantasy or ‘la la’  land.

YOU know how easy it is to try an opportunity  and then let it go. You get more excited than a person who has just won ‘GOLD LOTTO’ only to find out later, after the adrenalin rush is over, that it’s a lot harder than the ‘Sales Pitch’ said it would be. This is just not fair.

Now I’m not saying for one minute that you can not make money from any other opportunity  . . . in fact many people do make serious money, however getting your hands on any money making tools is one thing . . .teaching you, holding your hand every step of the way is another.
From the day you become an Independent Marketing Rep, to the day you reach Senior Vice President  . . . my team and I are there to support you and mentor you throughout the entire process, providing you with our expertise, our time, our knowledge to help you create a residual wealth generating  business !

You may be tempted to delete this out unread. But a wise person investigates what fools take for granted.

If the thought of getting wealthy doesn’t fit within your paradigms or even offends you, it might be a good idea to delete this information straight in the trash folder and retreat to your safety zone, watch your life pass by as you wait for that big superannuation pay-out (minus all the taxes of course) and become one of the 95% of people who are unsuccessful.

But, if you truly are sick and tired of flogging yourself closer and closer to an early grave, in your current business, or worse still in service to someone who pay’s you a pittance for your blood, sweat and tears, or you simply want to create wealth and buy back your life, then welcome to what I promise will be one of the most truthful, blunt, practical and insightful opportunity to what it takes to become wealthy and to ‘Retire Sooner’!

The ball is in your court – if you are ready for a change or to make a difference  in your life or someone else’s click below to get started.

Are you benefiting from working late?

Leaving Office on time

Someone forwarded the above to me and it got me wondering – are there benefits to working late?

Has the person who wrote this script ever worked in an office?

Surely if you were to interview people who work late they will provide some reasons and benefits why they work late, e.g – a project to complete, a deadline to meet and the rewards/bonuses they receive quarterly or yearly. You may ask- Why can’t these tasks be completed during the normal working hours? Should we stop helping our coworkers on the job or refuse to attend meetings because we have our share of work to complete because  these things contribute to working late.  Are the working hours structured to accommodate all the tasks we are given? You hear so many stories where in some companies, people are performing tasks that should be completed by two persons, and you know this is true because if they leave, the company divides the job functions into two positions.

I recall years ago in one of my previous jobs my coworker and I left office around 1.45 am. We were trying to balance and complete financial reports for the company. Why did we do this? Surely we  never thought of ourselves as being incompetent. We wanted to do a good job, make sure everything was perfect. We agreed to a deadline and we wanted to deliver. We were of the view that if you say you are going to do something you need to do it.

Whether you are working for someone or working for yourself there will be a time when you have to work late and you will see the benefits – you delivered a report on time, or before time despite your various challenges, a client is happy because you were able to complete his application on time and above all you met your targets. You feel good about yourself.

The flip side is whether working late is a norm for you – this is when you have to really sit down and review your position. Is this making sense? Where am I now? Where do I want to be? When do I want to get there? Will this get me there? What sacrifices do I have to make to get there? Can I do better?

At the end of it all the decision is yours to make – no one can make you work late or tell you what is important to you, however you may want to bear the following in mind.

love your job

What’s wrong with moonlighting?

Moonlighting is having a second job that your boss or the company you work for does not know about. It can be a great work at home job.

IMG_1886

Some organizations are very strict about moonlighting. They are of the view that once you sign their Employment Contract your time on and off the job belongs to them. This can be debatable as the view is that the organization should and does not have control over your personal time, and you should not be involved in any product or service that competes with your primary job, which is why most people opt for a work at home job.

Advantages of Moonlighting

1. Provides additional income which can be used for short and long term goals.

2. Increases your knowledge and networking skills, which may help with your primary job.

3. Provides some sense of emotional satisfaction e.g if you have a hobby which is financially rewarding like some aspect of the music industry.

4. It can be a great work at home job where you can involve your other family members if you choose.

5. Provides a backup if you have to leave your primary job.

Disadvantages of Moonlighting

1. It can be a challenge to balance both jobs.

2. Base on the details of your Employment Contract concerning moonlighting you can lose your primary job if the company finds out about your moonlighting.

3. It can be very time consuming eating away at your personal time for family.

Some known moonlighting jobs:
a. Teacher
b. Coach
c. Music Teacher
d. Part of a Music Band
e. Product Distribution – this is a huge industry that provides good returns and is expanding everyday as more people look for work at home options. This is the best work at home  option you can consider for moonlighting:

There is nothing wrong with moonlighting if you do some proper planning:

 Know why you want a second job.

 Review your company’s policy concerning moonlighting or second jobs.

 Make sure you are not competing with your company’s products or services.

 As much as possible avoid targeting your company’s clients.

 Be discreet about targeting people on the job.

 Plan your time properly so that you have quality time for family.

 Be sure to review your moonlighting job selection properly.

 Once you have selected your second job. Work at it and give it time to blossom.

I would be happy to know your thoughts on this – Email me – joseylifeline@gmail.com after you watch the video.
